Each year, AWL partners with Marquette University Law School’s AWL chapter to host our annual Mentoring Event, an evening designed to connect Milwaukee-area attorneys with the next generation of legal professionals. Our goal is to spark connections that grow into lasting professional relationships. Practitioners from all areas of law, as well as those in nontraditional or alternative legal careers, are strongly encouraged to attend.
Please note our new venue: The program will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the MBA. We’ll kick off the evening with time to mingle while enjoying a spread of hearty appetizers and a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. From there, we will transition into a guided, 1:1 speed-networking session, giving students the opportunity to meet individually with attorneys or judges for a few minutes before rotating to the next table. After speed-networking concludes, attendees will have additional time to continue conversations with mentors and students they may not have met earlier in the evening.
This hallmark event reflects the heart of AWL’s commitment to fostering meaningful connections by building a strong, more connected legal community one conversation at a time. We hope you will join us!
