Take a break from your stressful day with AWL and yoga teacher Kelsey Weaver! This session will include not just yoga, but breath work, some meditation/mindfulness, and stretching to release those tense muscles from staring at your computer screen. If you’re running late, don’t hesitate to join anytime! The first part will be focused on breath work and meditation/mindfulness before moving into a gentle yoga session that you can do anywhere. Class is open to anyone, no matter your level of yoga experience! Kelsey Weaver, RYT-500, is an international yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga for over eight years and is the owner of Urban Om yoga studio, currently offering an array of virtual classes - both livestream through zoom and specialty on demand classes. She loves to inspire and connect with her students and community through playful flows and by offering safe and open spaces for conversation, creative expression, individuality, authenticity, and connection.
