AWL is offering a unique opportunity to learn the basics of immigration law and its impact on other practice areas. Attorney Priya Bhatia will give an overview of the structure of our current immigration system and how it intersects with other areas of the law -- including family, criminal, and consumer law issues. We will then focus on immigration reform to see how proposed legislation would change the legal landscape for immigrants.
