As AWL continues to grow and evolve, we believe it is crucial to reflect on our past efforts and plan strategically for the future. To ensure that AWL remains impactful and relevant, we invite you to participate in our Strategic Planning Survey. The survey is confidential and all in the legal community are invited to respond.

The survey is designed to gather your insights on several key areas:

• Impact of Our Events: We want to understand how our events have influenced your professional and personal growth. Your feedback will help us enhance the quality and relevance of our programming.
• Mission Relevance: Your thoughts on our mission's current relevance are invaluable. We aim to ensure our goals align with your needs and the broader challenges in our profession.
• Approach to Diversity: We strive to foster an inclusive community that respects and celebrates diversity. Your input will guide us in assessing our progress and identifying areas for improvement.
• Support for Women Lawyers: As a key part of our mission, we are committed to supporting women lawyers and addressing the issues we face. Your experiences and suggestions will help us tailor our efforts to serve our members better.
