Bruen, Dobbs, and the Future of Rights in the Roberts Court UW Professor Howard Schweber presents a one-hour, members-only look at the decision, as well as other Constitutional law issues that have recently arisen.
We understand that this is a highly sensitive, divisive, and personal issue, and that our 400+ members may have differing views. We also recognize that this decision left many feeling frightened, angry, and uncertain about what the future holds. While we do not presently have all the answers, and cannot predict the lasting effect of this ruling, including how courts in Wisconsin will come down on this issue, we do know that the AWL family is compassionate, understanding, and strong.
