Volunteer Opportunity: American Red Cross “Sound the Alarm” Event

Judge Janet Protasiewisz is organizing a group to volunteer at this year’s Sound the Alarm event.  Volunteers, along with fire departments and other partners, will visit at-risk neighborhoods, installing free smoke alarms, replacing batteries in existing alarms, and providing fire prevention and safety education. Volunteers must be age 16 or older.  Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided.
